R is very powerful language for computations, statistical analysis and graphics. The following set of modules, when done in the given sequence,  is meant to provide a good familiarity with R.  The aim is to provide enough familiarity so that the user is in a position to further develop the knowledge by looking up relevant online help and support based on his  or her requirement.  It is not reasonable to have a course that teaches "all" or "everything" in R.  The tools and packages avaliable in R are vast.  So, the best approach is to gain a good familiarity with R and then learn about implementing various techniques as and when the need arises.
